There are many different opportunities for newly qualified physiotherapists. You might be thinking about working in the NHS, taking a career break or joining a private practice.

Resources for newly qualified job-seekers

• Sign up for job alerts to receive regular emails on vacancies that most interest you.

• Keep yourself updated on the changes in the NHS and find out how you can help to protect patient services and make the case for physiotherapy.

Get support for your learning and development from CSP member resources:

• Access the CSP’s ePortfolio and Learning Hub
• Connect with other recent graduates and peers and participate in dedicated discussions on iCSP to pose questions, share knowledge and learn.
• Use a range of CSP guidance, online tools, and other web resources to boost your CPD.
• Read Frontline to keep yourself up to date on the latest physio news, and the official Physiotherapy journal to keep abreast of original research

The physio profession

• Read the CSP’s Code of Professional Values and Behaviours - it sets out the expectations of all members.
• Find out about the CSP’s priorities for the next three years, and our vision for physiotherapy.
• Take a look at the CSP’s view across a range of policy-related issues covering consultation responses, member briefings, position statements.

Get chartered

All UK student member graduates get three months free membership and if you are already working you can claim income tax relief on your subscription fee. It’s quick and easy to apply.
