Our new campaign is designed to get the nation moving.

Evidence shows that being physically active has enormous benefits for your physical and mental health.

But many people find it hard to do as much as they would like.

This can be for any number of reasons, including pain, fear, fatigue, a lack of time or motivation.

With this in mind, our campaign aims to help you overcome these barriers through expert advice and guidance from physiotherapists.

It features practical tips for getting started, useful condition-specific insights and inspiring stories from other people in your boat. 

All of it is designed to help you discover new activities that get you moving and enjoying the benefits of an active lifestyle.
