Rep of the Year returns again at the Annual Representative Conference in Manchester, recognising the fantastic work and achievements of our workplace volunteers.
There are four award categories; the 'Steward and safety rep' awards for individuals, the 'Rep Team award' recognising the hard work of a whole team in the workplace and the award for 'outstanding contribution to equality in the workplace.'
Nominations are now closed and winners will be selected by a panel of judges and invited to a special presentation ceremony at the Annual Reps Conference in Manchester, 18 and 19 June 2024.
Claire Sullivan, CSP's director for employee relations and union services, said:
These awards recognise the fantastic achievements of our reps across the UK. During a difficult few years due to the pandemic, more than ever our reps have continued to go above and beyond, whether it's supporting our members or organising around a workplace issue. We look forward to showcasing the nominations and meeting this year's winners in Manchester.
