How to pay for your ticket by invoice
Many delegates have the cost of their ticket paid for by their employer. Follow these steps to book your conference ticket by invoice.
Step 1: raise a purchase order
Ask your employer to raise a purchase order for your ticket.
- Review the conference ticket pricing
- One purchase order should cover all staff attending not individuals
- The purchase order must clearly list the names of all delegates it covers
Step 2: send your purchase order to the CSP conference team
Once the purchase order is ready, email a copy of the document to conference@csp.org.uk.
Step 3: book your ticket
Visit the booking portal and select your ticket type. Make sure this matches the ticket type and amount detailed on the purchase order.
Choose ‘pay by invoice’ when you book and enter the purchase order number in the space provided – this step is essential.
Complete your registration.
Step 4: need help adding CSP as a new supplier?
