Flexible Working - Make Your Voice Heard

The government is consulting on making flexible working easier. The pandemic has shown that big changes are possible. We have a real opportunity to make work more accessible for everyone and limit the discrimination faced by those of us who need flexible work.

Flexible working is an important way to achieve a decent work/life balance

The CSP is in the process of responding to the consultation, taking feedback from our stewards and members. Now, the Trades Union Congress (TUC) have provided two ways you can help win #FlexForAll right now:

  • Find out more. Register for the TUC's #FlexForAll Organising Call, on Monday 22nd November at 7pm to find out more about what we’re asking for in the consultation and why.
  • Have your say. Complete the questionnaire with your own views and experiences and the TUC will submit your response to the government for you. You can also tell us at the CSP what you think.

Thank you for being part of this campaign. Together, we can win flexible working for everyone.

Find out how alternative working patterns can work well for staff, employers and patients alike in the CSP's building a better balance  toolkit
