Vacancy details

The CSP is the trade union, educational and professional organisation for the UK's 59,000 chartered physiotherapists, support workers and students; and one of the largest representative bodies in healthcare

This role offers an exciting opportunity to improve population health and wellbeing through the services offered by the Research and Development team (R&D) within the Practice and Development Directorate. You will lead and manage the R&D team, and work with both CSP staff and members, to champion evidence that supports and influences healthcare system improvement and improves patient experience and outcome.

You will be a CSP member who has a track record of leading and managing a team, this could be a research or quality improvement project. You will have experience of research project delivery and/or research in clinical practice. You will have good understanding of current healthcare policy drivers, and you will demonstrate excellent communication and team working skills.
