Basic salary £41,029; £6,048  London Weighting Allowance; £2,006  Home Workers Allowance

Full time (35hrs a week) or can be part time;  Fixed term contract until December 31st 2019  secondments considered.

Based in CSP London office, or home based working (subject to meeting requirements), with requirement for travel.

The CSP is the trade union, educational and professional organisation for the UK's 58,000 chartered physiotherapists, support workers and students; and one of the largest representative bodies in healthcare.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with the Head of Programme for FCP implementation and the FCP team to provide leadership and development to services and Physiotherapists facilitating the implementation and development of FCP roles in primary care, across the UK. It will include the development of strategies and approaches to provide implementation support, including in the areas of evaluation and workforce development. The aim will be to facilitate effective FCP service implementation and growth with FCP’s, physiotherapy leaders and local primary care services  using co- production and quality improvement skills and techniques using national, regional and local networks.

You will be a physiotherapist who understands primary care and who has specific knowledge and experience of musculoskeletal services across the whole pathway of care. You will be able to promote clearly  the value of MSK physiotherapy to the health and care environment. You will have good understanding of current healthcare policy drivers, and you will demonstrate excellent communication, leadership and team working skills.
