An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Advanced Physiotherapist to join a dynamic and forward thinking Learning Disability team within the East Hants Learning Disability Service based in Fareham.
The team provides a range of health services to people with a learning disability with the support of an extensive Multi Disciplinary Team (MDT) provision.
The successful candidate will essentially have extensive Physiotherapy experience and have worked within anMDT environment.
As a lead to the physiotherapy team with in East Hampshire Learning Disability Service you will need to demonstrate key leadership skills as well as an ability to work under pressure in a busy environment. Previous experience of working within the Learning Disability Services is desirable but not essential.
A commitment to delivering good clinical services to both service users, carers and clinical colleagues is crucial, and a flexible approach to your work is desirable.
