'Being chosen to feature in the CSP support worker recruitment animation video was extremely exciting.

'I loved every minute of it and felt I was a great candidate to show other support workers the amazing job we all do. I hope my passion for this was shown in the video, particularly as I massively believe in the support worker role.

'I look forward to going to work knowing that there will be someone’s life I can make a difference to -and that in itself is massively rewarding.

'I felt extremely fortunate in representing my peers in what I love and encouraging others to become members of the CSP.

'In my opinion the CSP are extremely supportive for all their members and as being both a union and the professional body of physiotherapy I feel they would be the best people to represent you for any legal matters which may occur.

'They also provide continuing professional development opportunities in helping with growth and development. For me it is fantastic value for the membership fee you pay.

'I love being part of the physiotherapy support worker community. I often speak with other support workers throughout the UK and it’s great to communicate with so many people who feel as passionate about the role as I do.

'It’s truly uplifting and really makes you feel proud to be part of this network of support workers/associate members.'
