All CSP members from the North East are invited to book their free ticket for the next CSP Regional Network event.
‘Innovations in Physiotherapy – Informing, Inspiring and Influencing Thinking’ is taking place on Thursday 30 January at the James Cook University Hospital in Middlesborough.
Registrations will commence at 9.45am followed by a morning themed on product innovation in physiotherapy featuring:
- Iain Loughran, ESP, North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust providing an introduction to Innovation in Physiotherapy and the Clinical Entrepreneur Programme and presenting on the development of ‘MSK Predict’ - an app to improve the diagnosis and decision making for MSK conditions
- Cathal Malone, Company Director and Founder of MSKNote presenting on the Development of ‘MSK Assist’ – support for patients within MSK Pathways
- Miriam Oldershaw, Co-Founder of ‘Tubieego’, presenting on the Development of ‘TubieeGo’ Feeding tube bags and backpacks for adults and children.
Delegates will also have the opportunity to ‘Ask the Experts’ during a Q&A panel.
Following a FREE networking lunch the afternoon will focus on service innovation in local physiotherapy teams with short presentations and a Q&A panel on innovative services including neuro rehab, critical care and major trauma.
