I have worked as a Chartered Physiotherapist since 1997 and am very experienced at treating adults and older people following a hospital admission, or for mobility problems experienced during day-to-day life.
I have built up a lot of experience in helping my clients to develop their strength and movement so that their bodies become capable and resilient.
I can give you the support and input you need to enable you to become stronger and have an improved quality of life both physically and mentally.
I deliver Physiotherapy sessions in my client's own homes to take the stress out of travelling to a clinic.
