We are delighted to offer a specialist service for the treatment of falls, frailty, reduced mobility and general rehabilitation needs with our expert physiotherapist Elizabeth. Home visits are available, including to residential and nursing homes, in the following areas: Kidderminster, Bewdley, Stourport-on-seven, Stourbridge, Halesown, Quinton, Edgbaston, Harborne, Balsall Heath and surrounding localities.
We follow the latest national guidelines to provide expert physiotherapy treatment to clients, adopting a holistic approach to provide the very best outcomes.
Treatment with Elizabeth will incorporate:
- A thorough holistic assessment of needs
- Personal goal setting
- Environmental assessment to promote independence and reduce hazards
- Personal exercise programme to improve strength, balance and flexibility
- Advice and signposting where appropriate
