We are delighted to offer a specialist service for the treatment of falls and frailty (and those with more general rehabilitation needs) with our expert physiotherapist Katherine. Home visits are available, including to residential and nursing homes, in the following areas: Burton on Trent / Swadlincote / Barton under Needwood / Alrewas / Fradley / Lichfield / Tutbury (please enquire for your specific location).
We follow the latest national guidelines to provide expert physiotherapy treatment to clients, adopting a holistic approach to provide the very best outcomes.
Treatment with Katherine will incorporate:
- A thorough holistic assessment of needs
- Personal goal setting
- Environmental assessment to promote independence and reduce hazards
- Personal exercise programme to improve strength, balance and flexibility
- Advice and signposting where appropriate
- Advice on walking aids and equipment to maintain independence
