Further information

I have 20+ years experience working with all ages in the NHS at St Thomas and Chelsea and Westminster Hospitals and believe in providing value for money. My experience and the expertise that I have gained in private practice and elite sport, enables me to assess  and treat people efficiently, allowing me to design treatment  programmes to speed up recovery and a swift return to function and activity.

I have run a successful private practice in central London for 20 years and am currently based at 96 Harley Street and now have expanded my practice to start clinics from Brixton in the South Hams, Devon. I have conducted home visits seeing many elderly patients and people recovering from illness, injuries and operations who prefer to be treated in the comfort of their own homes, or offices. Having played sport to a high level myself I have a keen interest in sports injuries. I have worked in elite sport, at 2 professional football clubs in London and as lead physio for both England women’s football and rugby for 11 years.

During lockdown I have evolved my services to utilise video consultations. These  have proved to be very effective for most injuries, no need to travel and have allowed for more flexibility with appointment timings. I have designed exercise programmes for the elderly, to maintain function, balance and mobility,  programmes for those with back  and other joint pains,  rehabilitation programmes for those with injuries including cruciate knee injuries, rotator cuff tears and ankle sprains. I have also helped all ages of patients with exercise programmes for returning to sport post injury or inactivity, especially with lockdown, where the rates of injuries have greatly increased. The exercise programmes I have designed are tailored around your environment and can be performed in your own home with minimal equipment.

I am happy to discuss any of your physiotherapy requirements. Feel free to contact me for an honest and professional opinion, I’m happy to assess and treat any musculoskeletal, sports injuries, orthopaedics (inc ankle, hips, knees, backs and shoulders), elderly, mobility and balance problems in any age of patient from young to older patients (my current age range is 12-91 years). CSP current guidelines are for a video assessment to be performed before seeing patients in clinics..
