Vacancy details

We are looking to recruit a Full Time (35 hours per week) Physiotherapist to join our dynamic, friendly team in Auchterarder. You would be expected to manage a caseload of serving & retired police officers with mainly MSK conditions who attend on a residential and outpatient basis.

The PTC is a national police charity with two centres, Auchterarder, Perthshire and Harrogate, North Yorkshire.  We support both serving and retired police family personnel experiencing physical and/or psychological injuries, conditions and illnesses.  The charity’s aim is to assist our patients in their return to better health and wellbeing.

Officers attend with a variety of conditions including acute, chronic and post-operative issues as both inpatients over a two-week course or as outpatients as required. They benefit from first class facilities including a fully equipped gym, swimming and hydro pools, sports hall, and spin studio.

Our multi-disciplinary team is made up of dedicated, skilled employees and committed volunteers who offer their support when it’s most needed. Join us in our beautiful surroundings and you can make a difference to these people’s lives.

We are very proud of our commitment to our employees, providing an environment where all employees feel equally valued, personal and professional growth is encouraged, and their contributions are recognised.
