This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced physiotherapist, wishing to specialise in Care of the Elderly, to join our team. Based in University Hospital Hairmyres the team provides specialist assessment and treatment to acute and rehabilitation wards including an off-site hospital. This post requires an enthusiastic individual who is motivated to play a key role in quality improvement and development of older people's services.
The post holder will have shared responsibility for the supervision and development of junior staff, Health Care Support Workers and students.
We provide an active in-service training programme, regular supervision and support continuing professional development.
