An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our newly developed and dynamic general in-patient rotation within Cwm Taf Morgannwg, working across a variety in-patient specialty areas. This is an excellent option for Physiotherapists looking to build on basic experience.
This rotation offers the opportunity to work closely with highly skilled and experienced teams in a supportive and stimulating environment, with a strong focus on learning and development.
The post holder will complete comprehensive assessments and produce highly specialised treatment plans for individuals with complex presentations. Sound knowledge of evidence based practice and treatment options using clinical assessment, reasoning skills and knowledge of physical treatment skills are essential.
The Physiotherapy service will be looking for an HCPC registered Physiotherapist who can demonstrate previous experience of multi-disciplinary team working within core rotations at band 5 level, and has a good working knowledge of NHS systems and procedures.
You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills which will enable you to work closely with the Physiotherapy specialty teams and MDT colleagues in a variety of settings.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh applicants are equally welcome to apply.
