We have an exciting opportunity for a band 6 Physiotherapist to join our integrated children’s therapy service on a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. We will consider offering this position as a secondment opportunity and may suit an experience band 5 looking to develop their skills further.

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and dynamic physiotherapist who is looking to specialise in working with children and young people within the community. The successful candidate will be supported to further develop their skills in Paediatric Physiotherapy.

Since 1 May 2014 Solent NHS Trust has been the provider of Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Speech & Language Therapy to children and young people 0-19 years across the county of Hampshire including the cities of Southampton and Portsmouth.

The Children’s Therapy service in the north of Hampshire is based over two sites, Aldershot Centre for Health and Adelphi House in Basingstoke. The successful candidate will be based at Aldershot Centre for Health. The service is delivered within clinics at Aldershot Centre for Health, homes, nurseries, mainstream and special schools.
