We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced MSK physiotherapist, who is looking to join a team of MSK clinical specialists in a role that can be flexible in terms of the hours desired. Anything under 15 - 20 hours per week can be on a private pt only basis, above that, there would be also be a first contact practitioner caseload. We have secured our FCP contracts with good appt durations and appropriate clinical expectations so do not be put off with what you may have read elsewhere. We try our very best to look after our staff. Due to expansion in all areas of our work, along with the recent departure of one of our team to pursue a fresh challenge in lecturing, we are searching for a new long-term team member to join us.
The successful applicant will ideally have in excess of 7+ years MSK experience (at least) and be able to demonstrate CPD in adherence to CSP and HCPC standards. If an FCP mix is desired (10+ years), you MUST have completed the first step of FCP registration (all self-taught online modules) prior to starting. We can then take you through the second portfolio stage.
The position currently includes bases around the north Northamptonshire area (Corby and Kettering). Although we are a young clinic (2016) we have grown throughout the difficult economical climates that we have all endured, over the last few years, and hopefully, that will give you confidence about our longevity and future growth potential.
We have not set the number of hours per week and would prefer to discuss this with each individual and their circumstances, but at least two clinics per week are preferred, to enable patient choice and continuation of care.

Additional qualifications such as Women’s Health, Acupuncture, Pilates, Yoga etc, with proven experience of service delivery will be looked upon favorably.
You must be registered with the CSP and HCPC as a practicing physiotherapist and have an up-to-date advanced DBS check.
