As a fast paced, quality health care provider Winfield Hospital is a 46 bed hospital located on the outskirts of Gloucester delivering high standards of patient care to both private and NHS patients.
Due to our expanding clinical services we are looking to recruit 2 experienced, positive thinking and highly motivated Senior Physiotherapists to join our existing team. One role is for 30 hours per week, the other role is 37.5 hours per week to cover maternity leave. Bank physiotherapists also required with a variety of shifts available including weekends.
We are a busy surgical hospital covering a wide range of specialities which creates a high demand for in and out patient physiotherapy services. We have a busy outpatient physiotherapy department treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal patients. We run Pilates classes and hydrotherapy sessions. 90% of our physiotherapists are Acupuncture accredited (AACP)
Ramsay Healthcare recognises the importance of CPD both with internal and external training.
You will be required to work both in the ward environment treating inpatients and in the out- patient physiotherapy department covering early and /or late clinics.
We cover the wards 7 days a week with a rota for weekend work and out -patient clinics 5 days per week
Minimum requirements
BSc Physiotherapy or equivalent
Hpc registered
Proven experience with musculoskeletal conditions /CPD evidence
Experience with Hydrotherapy/Pilates/Acupuncture desirable but not essential
