Vacancy details

Harding Physiotherapy Ltd is an established, dynamic and growing private MSK physiotherapy clinic, located in the rural village of Somersham, near Cambridge. Following a consistent increase in demand from clients for greater appointment availability, choice and flexibility, we are looking to further expand our compact team, with full or part time applicants welcomed . We are looking for enthusiastic physiotherapists with excellent manual therapy skills and a passion for providing evidence based musculoskeletal care, to be delivered along side working as a key member of our team.

Our client base is of mixed age and interests, giving us an enjoyable caseload with a clinically interesting variety of MSK conditions. Our work comes from self referral, medicolegal referral and private healthcare referrals. We enjoy excellent working relationships with local GPs and consultants and we are excited to be expanding our company, looking forward to welcoming the right new member to our team.

We have an extremely strong client centred approach at Harding Physiotherapy. Our clients have high expectations of the standard of care delivered, so the right person will have proven experience in the provision of evidence based treatment of musculoskeletal pain and injury, as well as understanding the importance of guiding clients through a thorough rehabilitation program, ensuring optimal movement health for all regardless of their age or ability.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, are essential, as well as the ability to develop an appropriate rapport with clients. You will be confident to independently manage your caseload, maintain conduct, professionalism and records in line with HCPC and CSP standards, demonstrate efficient time management and thrive working as a key member of a compact team.  Current and full HCPC and CSP registration is required.

Acupuncture qualifications are desirable, but for the successful applicant this could be arranged as part of your CPD. You will understand the importance of exceeding client expectations, and endeavour to always achieve this.

A passion for our profession, thriving as part of a team and the desire to optimise client function is essential.
