Sleaford, Lincolnshire: Glenholme is opening a 16 bed orthopaedic rehabilitation unit in Sleaford and is looking for a senior physiotherapist or occupational therapist to lead the team. In addition to your clinical work, you will have responsibility for developing the service, working closely with the hospital therapists/ discharge coordinators, supervising the other therapists, organising regular training/ professional development opportunities, recording outcomes and auditing of the service. Glenholme is currently looking at developing similar services elsewhere in the UK making this a good opportunity for those looking for further career development.
