We are seeking an engaging, committed and driven musculoskeletal physiotherapist to join the team at Physio LDN based near Tower Bridge and Bermondsey Street, Central London (London Bridge, TfL zone 1). This position would suit a physiotherapist working in a Band 6 role with either 1 year of private practice, personal training or massage experience. There is a huge potential to grow with the brand and build the ultimate role for you. The position is 40 hours per week over 5 days; however, we would consider this over 4 or 7 days if required. 

Reporting directly to the company directors, your primary responsibility is to provide patients with the highest standard of customer service, patient care and attention to detail. Your outcomes really do count. We want you to treat every patient as an individual, no more exercise sheets, gone are the days of conveyer belt patient 'care'. We provide the necessary teaching to ensure that all patients have a flawless journey from first contact to initial consultation right through to aftercare.

To match our professional client's busy schedules, you will be expected to respond to the fast-paced city life, taking last-minute patient bookings, daily clinic diary management, and working peak-time hours. The ideal therapist has excellent clinical reasoning and the ability to think on their feet. They are proactive and comfortable with independent working. They must have high standards of note keeping and utilise regular outcome measures throughout their patient management. A thorough understanding of their patient's goals is essential with clear communication to fully manage their case; you are in charge, you are their go-to. 

We take CPD seriously at Physio LDN. Three days paid leave for courses, conferences and other learning activities. We have a high valued experience and evidence-based learning programme. You will learn to be the ultimate clinician. You will have a thorough onboarding process and be guided through the best treatment options for your patients. This is a full-time position consisting of 40 hours per week, our clinic hours are 07:00-22:00, and your shift makes up part of this time. You must be flexible and able to cover your colleagues when necessary. There will be an opportunity for overtime as required. We offer weekly CPD and teaching and competitive salaries. Person Requirements - 

Key Skills

  • Excellent IT and admin skills, with a working knowledge of Gmail, Excel, Google drive and previous client booking systems. 
  • Ability to work independently and think on their feet. 
  • Not afraid to ask questions or for help when required. 
  • Efficient note taking skills
  • Not afraid to admit mistakes to fully understand their importance and prevent them in the future. 
  • Can understand a patient's deeper goals and confidently formulate and communicate a plan of action.
  • Able to comfortably explain the benefits of treatment and justify treatment plans to clients.
  • Able to build immediate rapport in the first session.
  • Be willing to be assessed and tracked regularly - to become a better clinician. Ability to thrive in an environment where measurement is a crucial driver behind progress. 
  • Able to explain to clients the importance of maintenance, health and ongoing well-being.
  • High levels of conscientiousness, attention to detail and grammar in their admin.
  • Comfortable at maintaining contact with our clients to enable aftercare has been fulfilled.

Essential

  • BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent 
  • Member of Chartered Physiotherapy 
  • HCPC registration 
  • Right to Work in the UK
  • Enhanced DBS check
  • Excellent spoken and written English

Desirable 

  • Sports massage experience 
  • Strength and Conditioning or Personal Training experience
  • Qualified in Acupuncture/Dry Needling 
  • Can implement Grade 5 manipulations
