An exciting rotational opportunity has arisen for a physiotherapist to join our dynamic therapy team at the Pilgrim Hospital Boston. We have a friendly, dynamic and cohesive integrated therapy department of 45 clinicians and 4 admin staff which prides itself on a close working relationship with the MDT. Therapists have a high profile within the Trust, and play a key role in the continuing development of services.

This is an ideal opportunity for new graduates, those who are qualifying in the next few months or current Band 5 physiotherapists looking to build on their experience within a supportive, friendly environment.

Rotations include: A & E, Critical Care/Respiratory, Trauma & elective Orthopaedics, Elderly care and Stroke, Out-patient Musculoskeletal and Stroke- Neuro-rehabilitation. Rotational Physiotherapists also participate in an on-call and weekend duties.

These rotations will allow you to gain experience in all areas of physiotherapy giving you a comprehensive grounding to further your career. The teams include a wide skill mix from Assistant to Clinical Specialist. We also take undergraduate Physiotherapy students on placement.

Band 5 Rotational Physiotherapists receive regular supervisions with senior clinicians, monthly band 5 CPD meetings and rotation specific training as part of the band 5 competency program.

Our team is highly focussed on supporting your development and we work hard to ensure you will receive 1:1 supervision, regular training/peer review and access to advice and support from our team of Clinical Specialist physiotherapists.

We welcome applications from UK trained undergraduate Physiotherapy students who will graduate within the next 3 months. We are committed to delivering high quality care.

We are happy to accommodate informal visits before the interview date.
