The role will involve working with the Head of School of Allied Health Professions and Midwifery, the professional leads in our other disciplines and to work with key stakeholders to develop new research, education and business partnerships. You will be part of the School leadership team and work across the Faculty, University and externally to further build the profile of the programmes we offer as well as contributing to developing the profession. The clinic offers substantial number of student placements per year. You will oversee the quality assurance of the programmes, within the portfolio working with the programme lead, HCPC and CSP  alongside the Associate Dean for Learning and Teaching. You will also work with the team to decolonise curricula and current provision alongside the Associate Dean for Equality, Diversity and inclusion, and you will also work with our Associate Deans for International business and for Research and Innovation.

The University empowers and encourages staff to develop and maintain their own research profile, and to participate in internationally leading, interdisciplinary research and innovation that will shape and benefit future societies. Our internationally renowned applied health research undertaken in partnership with the NHS is impacting positively on health outcomes locally and regionally and is contributing to knowledge of international significance. Colleagues from our faculty helped to establish the Born in Bradford cohort study and continue to lead many of its recent developments.
