Physiotherapy Manager

We are looking for a Physiotherapy Manager for our Outstanding Cambridge Hospital. The role of the Physiotherapy Manager is to ensure a genuinely exceptional client experience throughout the hospital based inpatient & outpatient physiotherapy services and to manage the service within the framework of robust clinical governance, professional standards and the Healthcare Standards Act 2000.

You will be responsible for managing the departmental budgets, monthly financial reporting and striving to achieve all of the key performance indicators. You will be expected to maintain a clinical caseload, to participate in the CPD and in-service training schedule and weekend working where necessary. You will also be involved in marketing and promotion of the department within the local area.

You will need to have:
•Proven post qualification clinical experience
•MSK speciality (hands, women’s health, vestibular etc)

Is desirable
•Operational management experience within a healthcare setting is desirable
•Financial management experience within a healthcare setting is desirable
•Significant Experience in physiotherapy delivery
•Experience of working within a multidisciplinary team
•Evidence of leadership within a team of health care professionals
•Candidates must be computer literate as we use an electronic patient record system
