You will be part of a enthusiastic, hard working and knowledgeable team providing a very high standard of care to patients within the Ulster Independent Clinic.
Responsible to the Operations Manager, you will be managing a team of Physiotherapists, working in a purpose built, new physiotherapy department which has been opened less than 2 years.
- There are 6 dedicated treatment rooms with a large, separate gym. We have an Alter G treadmill, exercise bike, weights machine and a wide range of rehabilitation equipment. We run Pilates classes in the gym weekly which are very popular.
- We treat all musculoskeletal conditions in outpatients as well as clients requiring vestibular rehabilitation; rehabilitation for neurological conditions; clients with lymphoedema; clients with pelvic health problems both and male and female and see some paediatric clients.
- We offer a 7 day service on the wards treating patients following elective surgery for orthopaedic conditions and see many of these clients post operatively in the outpatient department. We all work closely with the multi disciplinary team for the best outcome for the patient.
