Surrey Heath Community Pain Service (http://surreypain.org.uk/) is a highly successful community based multidisciplinary pain service and is looking for a motivated physiotherapist with an interest in Persistent Pain to join our friendly, expanding team. This is a part time, permanent post for approx. 18-25 hours per week (hours negotiable) some saturday work will be required. The role will consist of assessing and managing a caseload of patients with persistent pain including taking part in group classes. You will also have the chance to see private outpatients if you wish.
The clinic is attached to a GP practice in Camberley and within easy reach of the M3, A30 and mainline train station. The rate of pay is £40 per hour for pain clinic patients
The successful applicant will:
-have an interest in managing patients with persistent pain, some experience will be beneficial.
-be HCPC registered
-be a team player
-be able to work independently although support and training will be available.
-have good interpersonal skills
