£30,739- £34,022 per annum
St Elizabeth’s Centre is a specialist Centre providing holistic care together with learning, leisure and other opportunities for adults and children with severe epilepsy, learning difficulties and complex health needs.
We are looking for a motivated Physiotherapist to join our busy multi-disciplinary therapy team. You will independently assess, develop and implement individual rehabilitation programmes for individuals with learning disabilities and/or behavioural related needs. You’ll use investigative and analytical skills, to formulate an individualised management and treatment programme based on advanced clinical reasoning and evidence based practice. Working closely with the team you’ll take a holistic approach to our complex service users and promoting their well being will be at the heart of what you do. You’ll be managing, training and developing our Band 5 Physiotherapist, Therapy Assistants and other members of the team so experience of working in a multidisciplinary team supporting and supervising others is essential.
You’ll be a positive person who possesses excellent general professional skills and have experience within a range of clinical settings with adults/children who have complex and physical needs. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a diploma/degree in Physiotherapy, are HCPC registered and a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
