About the role and our team
This role sits within the dynamic Frailty therapy team where we pride ourselves on delivering a high standard of care to Isle of Man residents.
You will be responsible for an independent caseload of patients, providing specialist physiotherapeutic assessment and delivering treatment programmes that are evidence-based and designed specifically to address the needs of the patient.
This role allows you to expand your leadership skills and develop others by leading in-service training, supervising colleagues and identifying areas of service for development/audit, leading these projects with support from the team.

A relocation package of up to £7,000 based on receipts is available for this role. Housing Assistance is also available where the Department will pay the difference between your current mortgage/rent bill, and that of your new accommodation on the Isle of Man, up to a maximum of £250 per month. This role also qualifies for a recruitment incentive of £3,000, payable in the 1st, 13th, and 25th months of employment.
