About the role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our Therapies and In-Patient Unit team (IPU) as a Band 6 Physiotherapist.

We are looking for a Band 6 physiotherapist with post-graduate experience of ward-based care who can use core physiotherapy skills to promote enablement, rehabilitative palliative care and maximise the functional ability of people with life-limiting illnesses.

The post holder will work primarily in the Wellbeing Centre, and also on the In-Patient Unit. The post holder will work independently with the support of the Professional Lead - Therapies and other members of the Therapy Department. The post holder will work within defined protocols to facilitate and provide high quality specialist Physiotherapy input as reflected by the Princess Alice philosophy.
