St Helena are looking to recruit a Physiotherapist who is looking for development opportunities to work on a permanent basis within our rehab team, and would welcome applications from both HCPC registered Physiotherapists. Part time and job share opportunities are available, please stipulate on your application the desired working hours you would like. Based in Colchester and serving The Hospice catchment areas, this position will require the individual to manage a caseload of patients with complex needs. This will include planning, development and evaluation of the Physiotherapy service within The Hospice and holding responsibility for defined projects. The post holder will be working amongst experienced Physios, Occupational Therapists and Rehab Assistants in a variety of settings and there will be opportunities for in house education and training. The successful candidate will be a state registered Physiotherapist and have proven post qualification experience at Band 5 or above, working in both inpatient and community settings. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families and professionals, and have an enhanced self awareness as well as being open to rotating into the three clinical areas of the hospice.
