An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a physiotherapist based within a multidisplinary team within the Cannock Chase District. The post is for 37.50 hours, but a job share would alsobe considered, and is based in Norton Canes Medical Centre but will involve travel across the Cannock and surrounding areas.

The Post Holder would be joining a mult-skilled team of specialists including other Physiotherapists,Occupational Therapists, Nursing Staff,Advanced Nurse Practitioners to provide care in the community.

The service covers 5 days a week from Monday-Friday and your role would be to provise both urgent and rehabilitation to a range of Adults ranging from fractures, orthopaedics and neurological disorders. The client that are seen can be those with enablement potential following hospital discharge returning to either community or rehabilitation beds as well as those requiring urgent interventiont to prevent hospital admission.
