Vacancy details

We are looking for an MSK Physiotherapist who is interested in Sport and Exercise Therapy,  to join a friendly experienced team of Physios in our unique, bespoke Physiotherapy led gym and Clinical Physiotherapy business in North Leicestershire.

Bridge4 Health and Fitness (www.bridge4studio.co.uk, www.bridge4rehab.co.uk ) was established in 2016, blending MSK and Neuro Rehabilitation specialities with a shared and integrated  bespoke exercise facility to enable the delivery of a sports medicine model of care in a private practice setting. We are a unique facility and have grown strongly year on year into a highly respected entrepreneurial MSK and Neuorphysiotherapy clinical and rehabilitation business.  We run a membership gym as part of our unique experience and every member of our team shares a specific interest in using exercise as medicine. We have  developed unique  physiotherapy led fitness  programmes grounded in the latest exercise science to help optimise patient  health and wellbeing and our team have  the wonderful Bridge4 Studio to help them deliver a premium physiotherapy service.

Our business benefits from strong and ongoing investment, has big ambitions and our next growth phase opens up an opportunity for aspiring  physiotherapists who share our interest in maximising the use of physiotherapist led exercise as part of delivering a premium physiotherapy service. More information is available at www.bridge4studio.co.uk

We welcome applications from Physiotherapists at any stage in their career development. Most importantly, a specific interest in blending MSK practice  with exercise coaching is essential. Pilates Matwork trained an advantage.

The current vacancy  is for a part-time MSK role (15-25 hours per week)  Working hours are flexible but one evening per week will be required.

The role blends a mix of MSK clinical case work with gym based one to one exercise training and small group exercise coaching, encouraging increased exercise confidence.

Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years MSK experience in the UK, with an ambition to develop in fitness and exercise coaching for those with MSK conditions and comorbidities.  As a growing business, development opportunities are available.
