The Physio Studio is an established and thriving private physiotherapy clinic in Binfield, near Bracknell in Berkshire.
We are looking for a dynamic chartered physiotherapist, qualified for a minimum of 3 years to join our team on a flexible, associate-practitioner basis. We welcome applicants who are looking for any part time clinical hours in private practice, alongside other roles. The number of hours is negotiable, as we can be flexible with offering daytime or evening clinic times or the hours could be shared between successful candidates. This would suit someone with a solid base of core manual therapy, exercise & clinical reasoning skills. There is also an opportunity to teach pilates mat classes, if desired, as we run 13 APPI mat classes per week both 'live' and on Zoom.
Our clinic has a strong foundation of 'word of mouth' recommendations and we all have very busy and growing caseloads which are currently at full capacity. This role will take over the caseload from one of our current full time physiotherapists who is reducing to 2 days to start her role as a Physiotherapy Degree Course Lecturer. The Physio Studio team has 10 highly skilled clinicians and pilates instructors, each having more than 10 years experience. Our team enjoy regular clinical teaching together and provide support for further professional development. Clinical Director, Mike Chisholm values a skill sharing ethos to encourage regular clinical discussion and innovation within a welcoming team environment. Applicants with less experience could work within a mentoring framework.
There is full admin support and we use Practice Management Software (PPS) so clinical notes and clinic diaries can be accessed remotely at any time. Our admin team take care of new clients, bookings, diary management, invoicing, and marketing for our therapists.
All applicants must have:
- Degree BSc level qualification in Physiotherapy
- Current Health Care Professions Council registration
- Full Chartered Society of Physiotherapy Membership
- Minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience
Additional skills desired if possible:
5 years experience, Pilates instructor certification, IASTM, Acupuncture or sports physiotherapy experience would be a bonus.
