Base: Flexible around the South of Lincolnshire (main bases Bourne and Market Deeping)

We are looking for a Band 5 Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join our enthusiastic, friendly, and supportive team in Lincolnshire.

The physiotherapy team offers an Any Qualified Provider MSK Physiotherapy service to the GP practices of Lincolnshire. The post, therefore, provides an ideal opportunity to further develop assessment and treatment skills in physiotherapy intervention, and to develop leadership and management skills.

This specific post will be based at Bourne Health Clinic with an expectancy to cover clinics in the surrounding area.

We are looking for an individual, who is an excellent team worker, is self-motivated, and is able to keep an up-to-date knowledge base in a supportive environment including established peer support groups and in-service training. An ability to be able to respond and adapt to changes is a must in the current NHS environment. This post may involve some working in lone clinics, but the successful applicant will be fully supported by the team lead, by senior members of staff, and by LCHS as a whole, who are committed to support staff in their delivery of a quality integrated service.

This post requires the ability to travel between locations to carry out work and varying clinics, and to attend training and meetings; daily access to transport is therefore essential.
