The school of nursing, midwifery and health are seeking to recruit a HCPC registered neurological physiotherapist who would like to join the physiotherapy teaching team.

Over the past few years Coventry University has widened its portfolio of physiotherapy courses which now includes BSc, pre-registration MSc, and post-graduate MSc full-time courses. We also offer pre-registration apprenticeships in Coventry and on our new London campus. This widening of provision has given us the opportunity to enhance our teaching team.

The successful candidates will be enthusiastic about developing the professionals of the future. They will exhibit excellent team working skills and will be able to demonstrate collaborative working within academic or practice communities. Applicants should also possess a comprehensive understanding of neurological physiotherapy practice, supported by research and evidence-informed practice.

At lecturer or assistant professor level, applicants should be able to demonstrate a high level of expertise preferably holding a higher degree in a physiotherapy related subject. Experience of teaching students, either within a HEI or as a clinical educator, would be advantageous.
