The Injured Jockeys Fund is a registered charity which has been supporting jockeys and their families for over 50 years.  
 
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Lead Physiotherapist to join our multi–disciplinary team at Oaksey House, Lambourn, Berkshire. 

This position offers an extremely exciting opportunity to work with elite sports injury, complex trauma rehabilitation, neuro-rehabilitation and long-term charity beneficiary support.  A comprehensive understanding of sports and orthopaedic injury and rehabilitation is essential.  Experience of managing patients with neurological conditions would be an advantage. 
 
The Lead Physiotherapist will take responsibility for clinical matters and for ensuring clinical excellence across the board.  Previous managerial experience, coupled with a thorough understanding of the importance of, and how to apply, clinical protocol and team supervision is essential.

A strong team ethos and professional bearing, ideally with NHS experience, is preferred.  Applicants must be registered with the CSP and HCPC.
 
This minimum NHS Band 7 equivalent lead physiotherapist role will commence on 31st May 2021, on a permanent full-time contract, based on a 40 hr week.  Salary £41,000 to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
