Cwm Taf University Health Board is located north of Cardiff, Wales’ capital city and provides primary, secondary and community healthcare services to around 330,000 people. We deliver physiotherapy across two District General Hospital sites, six smaller community hospitals as well as a flagship University Health Park – the first of its kind in Wales combining health and social care under one roof.

We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic, new or experienced graduates (band 5) to join the 'Bank' within our Physiotherapy Service . We are predominantly looking for employees who will be available during the working week to support in a variety of clinical areas including MSK, T&O, medicine and rehabilitation. We actively support learning & development at all levels. Graduates will benefit from a high ratio of seniors staff to support their learning and skills acquisition.
We offer comprehensive rotations every 4 months in all major specialties and pride ourselves on career development, preparing graduates and specialists for more senior positions.
