Highly Specialist Physiotherapist (Team Lead)

Salary: £44,531 - £49,916 inc. HCAS plus NHS Pension

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Working Pattern: Term Time Only (39 weeks)

This is a very exciting time to join our school. We are from September 2019 employing directly, a team of therapists working with our specialist teams to enable pupils to achieve best outcomes. We are looking for outstanding therapy leaders who are committed to person centred, integrated service delivery and can lead and inspire others.

The children and young people within the school have a range of sensory impairments, including deaf-blindness and additional needs including physical disability, and complex medical needs. This is an opportunity for someone who is passionate about transforming young peoples’ lives, promoting independence and has a desire to develop their career in a Special School setting.

Our ideal candidate will be a member of the CSP and HPC who has an interest working with students with a range of sensory impairments, within a school setting, and wants to use and build upon specialist skills in these areas. You'll be leading a team of colleagues committed to providing high quality therapy with access to outstanding campus facilities such as hydrotherapy pool, sensory integration facilities and sensory gardens.
