About You:

We are looking for an inspirational leader with senior operational experience in leading diverse teams and services, someone who is commercially astute and can ensure our existing clinical therapists, nursing teams and PBS practitioners continue to grow and develop professionally. The successful candidate will be responsible for quality and professional practice to ensure excellence in experience and outcomes, whilst contributing to and leading on areas of quality and practice across the workforce.

The successful candidate will have experience of working and providing expert supervision and leadership. You will be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of delivering multi-disciplinary approaches to support an individual bringing together teams to achieve great outcomes. The role will include the provision of professional supervision within the successful candidate’s area of expertise as well as managerial supervision to therapy leads, nursing and PBS leads.

The successful candidate will have a key role in developing and shaping the future of the services, maintaining a local, national and international knowledge of positive practice in Therapy, Nursing and PBS Services.

This is an excellent opportunity, and you will need strong communication skills and the ability to build strong and effective working relationships with managers and staff.  The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be flexible and have an appetite to learn new skills in an ambitious charity. The successful applicant will have responsibility for the governance of the service across the Foundation and will hold responsibility for operational leadership in relation to therapy, PBS & nursing.

You will have experience of providing similar services within an Education or Residential setting and have excellent organisational and planning skills.   You must be comfortable with business change and be able to drive our practices forward including introducing new ways of working in order to maximise our service offer.  You will be working with senior management teams to lead the strategic direction of the service.
