Head of Physiotherapy

Full time, 42 hours per week
Term Time + 1 week of holiday working (Holidays are aligned with Hampshire schools)

£56,390 per annum

Treloar’s, a leading centre for education, therapy, care, and support for young people with physical disabilities, is excited to announce an opening for a Head of Physiotherapy. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to lead and manage our dynamic Physiotherapy Department. 

We are seeking a committed and forward-thinking individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our students. You would be joining a large enthusiastic team and you will work with students in the field of paediatric, adolescent and young adult disability, specifically neurology and respiratory care.

The successful candidate should have a flexible approach; possess a Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy, registration with the Health Professions Council and CSP membership. You must be able to demonstrate a track record in successful leadership, management, motivation and development and have a broad range of experience in the management and treatment of childhood disability. 

The postholder will ideally have experience with respiratory interventions and should also have the willingness to obtain further respiratory competencies when in post. Once these have been achieved the salary will be increased in acknowledgement of this.
