Vacancy details

Nordic Balance is a multi-site health and fitness company with a gym in St James's (SW1) and an injury rehabilitation and wellbeing clinic based on Abbeville Road (SW4). At this clinic we combine a range of therapies- including physiotherapy, osteopathy, chiropractic, podiatry, dry-needling, sports massage, shockwave therapy and women's health physiotherapy.

We are currently looking for an experienced (minimum 5 years) Physiotherapist to join our team in our Abbeville Road clinic. You would need to have a proven track record of delivering high levels of patient care. Specifically, we're looking for someone with long-term intentions who's looking to join a family-run growing company, with a very settled team. Ideally you should also be able to deliver either dry-needling and/or shockwave therapy (although this is not mandatory).

You'll be working alongside an experienced team of physiotherapists, osteopaths, chiropractors, podiatrists, and sports therapists, so experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team would be helpful. The role will primarily be based in our new clinic on Abbeville Road (SW4), but depending on the needs of the business may involve working out of our location on St James's Square.

We are also in the process of opening a new clinic in Wimbledon Village (SW19), which is due to open in end April 2021.The successful candidate could have the option of working in that clinic too (if that was their intention).

Specifically for the SW4 clinic, you should be have availability on Thursday afternoon/evening, Friday afternoon/evening, Saturday and/or Sunday.

So what's in it for you?

  • Associate pay of 50%
  • £1000 per year per employee in a training fund- to help you find and develop your passion.
  • Regular CPD with external consultants and internal team-members
  • Regular feedback and constant development.
  • A non-competitive work environment with a focus on shared learning between everyone.

Note that this is a freelance/ self-employed role.
