Vacancy details

Come and work in Wirral, it’s the place to be.

The Rehabilitation at Home Service is looking for a Band 5 Community Physiotherapist to join the team on a full time permanent basis.  This is a great development opportunity for a Band 5 physiotherapist who has some experience already but is wondering if the challenge of working in the community is for them.

Our team of occupational therapists, physiotherapists and technical instructors see people across the Wirral who are best treated in their own homes, the work is varied and interesting and no two days are ever the same. You will provide holistic assessments and be able to follow up patients to enable them to reach their rehabilitation potential.

You will be well supported by more experienced therapists and via our robust supervision, training and appraisal structure.  At your request, we can also offer you the opportunity to rotate into other community services within the trust to support your development.

Also, you won’t be disappointed by what the beautiful Wirral peninsula has to offer. This little corner of the UK has a stunning coastline and breath-taking countryside; it has got a bit of everything for people of all ages and is within easy reach to the major cities of Liverpool, Chester and Manchester as well as neighbouring North Wales.

If working in the community excites you and you thinking about a new role or working in a new place, we would love to hear from you.
