Band 8a Clinical Lead - Physiotherapist 

We are looking for an experienced physiotherapist to manage one of the four Extended Primary Care Teams in Newham. Our teams are joint nursing, physiotherapy and occupational therapy teams (including healthcare assistants and rehabilitation support workers) – as the Clinical Lead you will also be responsible for the Physiotherapy provision across all four teams.

You will be providing clinical and managerial leadership to a team of nurses and therapists on a daily basis and will be responsible for the Team caseload.

 As well as bringing your clinical expertise, you will be a champion of integrated community care. You will be a strong team player, an excellent communicator who is adaptable, committed, well organised and works well under pressure.

You will support the development, implementation and maintenance of high quality, safe and sustainable clinical services and provide clinical and operational leadership under the direction of the locality General Manager.
