Heart 2 Heart is a cardiac physiotherapy practice operating in three centres in Leinster in Ireland; Mount Merrion, UCD and Kilcullen. It offers cardiac rehabilitation in areas of primary and secondary prevention and the service comprises of both individual consultation and group sessions. You will be primarily located at one centre but will need to be flexible in covering colleagues in other centres.
As the practice grows you will have the opportunity to increase to full-time.
