Housing Assistance is also available where the Department will pay the difference between your current mortgage/rent bill, and that of your new accommodation on the Isle of Man, up to a maximum of £250 per month. This role also qualifies for a recruitment incentive of £3,000, payable in the 1st, 13th, and 25th months of employment.

About the role and our team
We are looking for an experienced Physiotherapist with an interest in musculoskeletal conditions to join our Acute Therapy Services team as an Advanced Specialist in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy.
In this role you will take part in the running of the chronic pain and spinal service, where you will ensure an excellent pathway and patient journey, providing the most appropriate care at the best time for the patient.
You will be responsible for an independent caseload of patients and hold a specialist chronic pain caseload, providing specialist physiotherapeutic assessment and determining appropriate pathways of care.
This is an innovative and rewarding role where you will have the opportunity to use your specialist knowledge and experience to give your patients the highest levels of care. Your main focus will be to deliver treatment programmes designed specifically to address the needs of the patient and to work with the Team Lead and other colleagues to develop the Chronic Pain Service and wider MSK service, improving the patient journey.
We have an integrated health and social care service, meaning you’ll get to work across the beautiful Island alongside our supportive and friendly team. Our wider team consists of OT's, PT's and Children's Speech and Language Therapists who all work closely together across Outpatient Services, Acute Wards and in Children's Therapy. We are a welcoming, dynamic and sociable team who enjoy spending time together outside of work.
