The hospice is purpose-built with individually decorated rooms, each overlooking our gardens. We try to make it as welcoming and friendly as possible – a home-from-home for children and their families.
About You
You will be an experienced physiotherapist able to provide physiotherapy assessment, treatment and advice for the children and young people with complex needs at Acorns. You will be expected to actively organise and participate in hydrotherapy pool sessions for the children and their families.
You should be qualified to degree level (or equivalent) in Physiotherapy and be HCPC registered. You will have previous experience of paediatric physiotherapy, in particular with children and young people with complex needs. Awareness of working with hydrotherapy pools is desirable.

We offer a competitive salary from £16,677 pa (£25,549 FTE) to £23,317 pa (£35,729 FTE) doe, 35 days’ holiday FTE, allowances for clothing and extra duties, and pension contributions; if you move from the NHS, you can keep your current pension. This post is 23.5 hours per week.
