CSP pushing for access to education for support workers in Northern Ireland

The barriers to accessing high quality education and career development for our Associate members in Northern Ireland are particularly challenging and we want to understand more.

This is so that we can evidence to senior decision makers the reality of those challenges and propose ways that these could be overcome and to push for change.

If you are an Associate member in Northern Ireland you can help us.

We have developed a short survey to explore experiences and views of the physiotherapy support workforce in Northern Ireland.  Please support our insight work by completing the survey and encouraging all your support worker colleagues who undertake some delegated physiotherapy work as all or part of their role to do the same. We want to hear from as many support workers as possible.

Support Worker Survey

Towards the end of June we will also be running some in person focus groups to discuss the same issues. If you and your colleagues would like to be involved in these please email byrnej@csp.org.uk
