We did

We launched an online training course to boost workplace reps’ understanding of equality law and to help them defend members’ rights to be protected against discrimination at work.

Members can customise, personalise and order new posters on equity, diversity and belonging from the union page of our print on demand site.

West Midlands members wanted a diversity peer-to-peer network event following the training that the CSP West Midlands Regional Network funded earlier in the year.

CSP staff held a three-hour online writing retreat which supported FCPs:  

  • to build confidence with reflective writing  
  • in taking their first steps with reflective writing 
  • with portfolio development through reflection.
